  • Pay: Base salary of $80,000 per year + generous commission package. Potential of $120,000 - $200,000 per year with full package - there is no cap on commission!

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Engineer to join our Philadelphia team! The ideal candidate would have mechanical experience in the compressed air or HVAC industries, and would have experience with engineering a technical solution for their customers.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Lead Generation

  • Generate additional leads on top of leads generated by the Business Development department through vicinity contacts, referrals and networking

Lead Conversion

  • Convert leads generated by the Business Development department by following a sales process that includes site visits, system assessments, quoting and closing of sales

Project Management

  • See projects through to completion including coordinating the installation if that was part of the sale
  • Complete all paperwork associated with the project including any utility rebate

Follow-Up

  • Follow-up is the key to successful sales procedures.
  • Follow-up of leads, follow-up of quotes
  • Follow-up on completed projects
  • Asking for referrals

Data Entry 

  • Enter data into the Salesforce CRM System, including but not limited to: appointments, tasks, quotes, sales orders & projects
