What We Offer:
- Pay: Base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year + generous commission package. Potential of $100,000 - $150,000 per year with full package!

Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Engineer! The ideal candidate would have mechanical experience in the compressed air or HVAC industries, and would have experience with engineering a technical solution for their customers.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Lead Generation
- Generate additional leads on top of leads generated by the Business Development department through vicinity contacts, referrals and networking.
Lead Conversion
- Convert leads generated by the Business Development department by following a sales process that includes site visits, system assessments, quoting and closing of sales
Project Management
- See projects through to completion including coordinating the installation (if that was part of the sale)
- Complete all paperwork associated with the project, including any utility rebate
Follow-Up
- Follow-up is the key to successful sales procedures.
- Follow-up of leads, follow-up of quotes
- Follow-up on completed projects
- Asking for referrals
Data Entry
- Enter data into the Salesforce CRM System, including but not limited to: appointments, tasks, quotes, sales orders & projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
