The Fluid-Aire Dynamics Service Team’s 5-Point Service Pledge
You will be notified in advance that our qualified service technician will be onsite. Although some rescheduling may be necessary as a result of customers needing emergency service, you will always be notified of the updated schedule through your preferred method of communication.
Your system will be serviced and/or repaired so it is operating better than when we arrived—and it will look better, too! Keeping the machine clean allows it to run more efficiently and reduces future maintenance and diagnostic time.
The majority of identified issues will be addressed during our first visit to your site. This is possible with factory-trained service technicians and efficiently stocked service vehicles.
We service all major brands of commercial compressors and dryers. Our service technicians are knowledgeable and will inspect and advise on the overall condition of your system.
Upon completion of the service, you will be informed as to what issues were addressed and what measures should be taken to prevent the issues from reoccurring. All service is documented and kept on file for trend reporting and review. We also give you a copy for your records.
