Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to set up preventative maintenance work on industrial compressed air systems
• 20-40 outbound calls per day
• Follow up opportunities
• Enter orders in the system and process
• Receive inbound repair calls from new and existing customers and process orders accordingly
• Ensure all parts for the orders are available
• Coordinate with warehouse and scheduling for staging and dispatch
• Verify correct pricing for contracts

The Ideal Candidate Is:

• Goal-oriented
• Self-driven
• Organized
• Confident over the phone!

Preferred Skills: 

• Customer service
• Proficiency with technology
• Mechanical background is helpful, but not required
• Salesforce or other CRM experience is helpful, but not required

 Preferred Experience: 

• Inside sales (2 years preferred)
• Customer service (1 year preferred)

• Full-time
• 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Monday through Friday
